Ben is an awesome mentor and provided me with extremely valuable insight and feedback to knock my design interviews out of the park!

Mentorship with Ben gave me a whole new perspective and confidence in the way I can approach portfolios and presentation decks. He was super helpful and patient in explaining all the questions I had. He also showed me different practical examples which were super useful.

Ben is one of the finest design mentors I ever come across. I attended his design system workshop and he taught us this topic like a champion! He not only showed us how to create one but he thoroughly explained why they are so important when they matter in the product lifecycle. Ever since I attended his workshop, I've been able to take my designs to the next level. Not only he is a good mentor, but he's a very helpful person as well. Whenever I want advice about my career, he was always there. He always shows empathy for aspiring designers like me and helps no matter what! Overall I can sense his team spirit even though we haven't worked together. I would love to work with him in the future because he's loaded with knowledge.

It's obvious that Ben cares deeply about giving back to our community. He is kind and knowledgeable and generous with his network. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be mentored by him.

I met Ben during a very critical time in my career. I was in the middle of a "growth sprint" for myself where I was focused on upgrading my design knowledge. Ben introduced me to some practical ways in which I can utilize design systems in a burgeoning design team. This helped me tremendously when I joined a large design team with an established design system. More importantly though, my sessions with Ben helped me in more personal ways. I was able to talk about impostor syndrome, politics, identity, family, and possible career options. Overall, I'm glad to have found a mentor in Ben, and I hope to learn and benefit from him again in the future as I grow my design career.

Ben's Design Systems course taught me all the fundamentals of a design system, how to approach it, and how to advocate for it. I am very grateful to him for being such a great mentor and helping me gain a solid understanding of design systems.

Benjamin was incredibly helpful. It was one of the best portfolio review sessions I’ve had, and I will reach back out to him for more guidance on recruiting. He gave me insightful feedback on my portfolio, actionable takeaways I could implement right away, shared many helpful links/resources, and even followed up with me. I can tell that he is really dedicated to helping out the design community.

Out of all the workshops I have attended, Ben is one of the most skilled mentors. Not only was he impeccable with his teaching methods and his capability to encourage a lively discussion, but he was also extremely polite and approachable. He made sure all of us were engaged and attentive, which is super hard, especially with an online class. Even though he's in the phase of exponential growth in his career, he still has an affinity and respect for mentoring new designers.
